In manufacturing we provide solutions to engineering products through Design & manufacturing jigs, machining & weld fixtures, Inspection / Checking Fixtures, GD&T Gauges, press tools & spm’s. We also provide services regarding automation & help you to increase production with best quality.
We are very good in understanding GD&T & implementing them in our design & manufacturing. We design the gauges as per ASME Y14.5 standard. We provide complete design of all the Tooling for your future reference & replacements. We also do maintenance of all the tooling on the need basis.
We design & manufacture the Plug & ring gauges as per IS 3455. They will be treated at sub zero temperature & calibrated in reputed labs.
Our quality team include well qualified engineers. Our manufactured products will be inspected & approved by our quality department. We have a Mitutoyo make CMM for calibration of our precision gauges & fixtures.
